If you break the house rule, you will be asked to leave the property with no refund.

Check in and out

All properties are generally available for check-in on or after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. All properties must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. If there is any delay in vacating the property beyond the agreed time a full day’s rental is charged to you.

Refundable Caution and Property Damage Fee

A refundable caution fee of ₦50,000.00 shall be required with booking. Refundable Caution Fees is refunded within 48 hours of checkout after confirming no damages to the property and fixtures.

We have the authority to withhold or deduct monies from the security deposit or credit card to remedy any damage, excess cleaning, missing items, excess utilities caused by the Guest or to send an invoice for such monies to the Guest by email for immediate payment.

A guest may not remove any of the furniture or effects from the properties and will be liable for any furniture or effects damaged or missing from the properties. Furniture must be returned to its original position.

Our representatives and subcontractors have the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to your convenience, for the purpose of inspection of the properties and to carry out any essential repair or maintenance work.

Booking Cancellations

Change of plans? No problem. You could receive a partial or full refund, depending on when you cancel.

Booking confirmed	100% refund within 24 hours after booking (provided the stay is at least 60 days away).
24 hours after booking	50% refund of the amount paid (minus the booking fee if applicable*) if cancelled at least 4 weeks before check-in.
4 weeks before	No refund if cancelled less than 4 weeks before check-in
After Check-in	No refund after check-in

The booking fee is stated in the cancellation policy information on the payment page. This fee helps us run our secure platform and enables us to provide exceptional customer support.

Changes to booking dates or properties are subject to availability. Each booking change shall incur a service fee of 10% to be paid at the time of confirming the said changes.
